Policy

Sale deed, Stamp duty, Documents, Electrical charges and Society maintenance, etc. shall be borne by the Customer.

 

Any additional charges or duties levied by the government/local authorities during or after the completion of the project would be borne by the customer.

 

In the interest of continual developments in design and quality of construction, the developers will reverse all rights to make any changes in the scheme including technical specification, elevation, plan and layout. 

 

Changes/alteration of any nature including elevations, exterior colour scheme, any other changes affecting the overall design concept and outlook of the scheme are

strictly not permitted during or after the completion of the project.

 

Internal changes shall be done only with the prior permission and will be charged extra.
